BRØNDUMS Snaps

BRØNDUMS Snaps is the most neutral caraway snaps in the AALBORG family.

The restrained caraway aroma is slightly dry in nature and contains hints of

liquorice and yellow blossoms. To the taste there is a hint of cloves, and it
all concludes in a slightly bitter finale.

BRØNDUMS Snaps can be enjoyed as it is – or, for example, with Christiansø
herring. But some will say that it is at its very best when you add fruits,
flowers and leaves to produce home-made spiced aquavit. There is nothing
like BRØNDUMS Snaps for drawing the essence and glow out of nature’s berries
and herbs. And the pleasure and enjoyment it gives were both important to
Anthon Brøndum (1809-73), the distiller who gave this divine drink his name.
