EMMA BRØNDUMS is a series of mild and smooth snaps varieties with

an alcoholic strength of just 30%. They are the perfect accompaniment
to desserts and sweets, or as a delicious and refreshing aperitif, and they
can be enjoyed both at room temperature and chilled. They are also ideal
as an ingredient in desserts, ice-cream or chocolates etc.

EMMA BRØNDUMS Hyldeblomstbrændevin (elderflower snaps) is made
with distillates and extracts of elderflower, which gives the natural
golden colour and delicate flavour. Try it with a strawberry tart or
apricot cake, or enjoy it on its own with a frozen blackberry in your
glass.
